 I am Vibhu Srinivasan and I live in lovely,Seattle in the US and  one feet in Bangalore India.

I am an Entrepreneur and Technologist. I like to create healthy and profitable organizations where people thrive to win the hearts of customers. I believe in working with world class teams and strongly believe that when people are given the freedom to do what they want, they thrive at their work.

I have helped create two profitable software organizations. I am a also seeking to work in product ideas in the mobile space.

I am an Agile Change Agent in Organizations that seek change. I mentor leads, management, teams in adopting lean and agile practices. I have more than 15 years of experience to back up in my consulting and coaching engagement.  I have helped customers in US, Europe and India.  I am consulting with SolutionsIQ where i head the SolutionsIQ India business unit and also help custom, er in the US market.  I am a Certified Scrum Trainer and teach the knowledge of Scrum across the world

I speak at Agile, Lean and Technical conferences in US and India.I like to organize meaningful conferences in lean and agile methods. I have in the last two years done two successful conference in India, Lean India Summit and ScrumWorkshop .

When not busy building a business or being at home with kids , I  design , develop software using agile methods like TDD, scrum, XP and so on.I like challenges. I have lead a number of projects and have developed numerous systems over the last 12 – 15 years using mutiple languages Java, C#, VB.NET , C++ and C.
